Heart Of Illinois Softball hosts a travel softball league that 100-120 teams compete in yearly. We also host multiple travel softball fastpitch tournaments. You do not have to be apart of the HOI Softball League to participate in these tournaments. Our tournaments are USA Softball sanctioned and supply trained USA Softball umpires. We pride ourselves on putting together well run tournaments at outstanding venues to give teams the best possible experience. We have low-cost sanctioned tournaments with great awards for participants.
Our tournaments follow USA Softball rules unless otherwise noted. Our refund polices for tournaments are as follows:
-If backing out of a tournament less than 2 weeks prior you will not receive a refund unless your team can be replaced
-Weather Cancellations.
We try and as hard as possible to get every tournament in. If the tournament is cancelled due to weather we will issue refunds in the following ways:
-0 games played: 100% refund subtracted $50 for awards
-1 game played: 50% refund
-2 games played: no refund
*Modified pool/bracket play may be possible depending on the severity of the weather.
**This does not include the HOI World Series. The costs of the league go far beyond tournament costs due to division winners, all star games, and other awards given out**
